Breakfast- Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1 banana (1/2 smashed cooked in oatmeal and half sliced for topping)
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (swirled into oatmeal)
- 1/2 tbsp nutella (swirled into oatmeal)
- 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Snack:
- 1 cup green grapes
Lunch- Turkey Sandwhich
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 slices roasted turkey breast
- 1 slice reduced Provolone cheese
- mustard
- handful Terra sweet potato chips
Snack- Smoothie
- 1/2 pack Jamba Juice Carribbean Passion smoothie mix
- 1/2 cup unfiltered apple juice
Dinner:
- Small slice of enchilada casserole
- 1/3 cup guacamole
- 2 small tortillas cut into chips then baked crispy
